Are all items nickel free?

Yes! All items are nickel free. We only use hypoallergenic jewellery materials.


Can I swim or shower with my jewellery?

Most designs are made of stainless steel. Stainless steel jewellery is waterproof, anti allergic, will not discolor and will last for years. You never have to take off your jewellery! Some designs are high quality gold plated. Our high quality gold plated jewellery will only last long if you take care of your items. Perfume, soap, the sea and chlorinated pools will damage the gold plating and will attack the metals that are alloyed with our golden coating.




Can I return my jewellery?

Not 100% satisfied? You have 10 days from the day of shipment te report this. Due to hygienic reasons we can unfortunately not return/exchange jewellery. The items must be returned in perfect condition. If you have returned your item, the amount will be transferred back to your bank account. When returning items, you are responsible for the shipping costs.


What do I need to do if my item is delivered damaged?

Did your product arrive damaged? No problem! You have 10 days from the day of shipment to report this. Send an e-mail to Please include your order number and what exactly is damaged about your product, with a picture attached. We will immediately investigate the problem and try to find a suitable solution as soon as possible.




How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary per country. In your shopping cart you can easily estimate the shipping cost by entering your country and zip code. Orders from €50,00 will be shipped for free.


How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

It takes 1-2 days to design, package and ship your order. When your package is shipped, you will immediatly receive an e-mail. Bpost will then ensure that your package is delivered within 1 or 2 business days.


Do I have to stay home to receive my package?

No! Charlie's Jewels works with the shipping method "mailbox post". Bpost delivers your package in your mailbox. Larger items (hairpins, scarves, handbags ...) are sent in larger shipping boxes with a Track & Trace code.


Can I pick up my package?

If you prefer to pick up your package, please contact us first. You can only pick up the package at the agreed time when your proposal is accepted. The shipping costs will be immediately transferred to your account.




What's my ring size?

You can measure your ring size yourself by using a ribbon or string.

1. Measure the circumference of your finger. It is important that the ribbon is loose around your finger.

2. Cut the ribbon and measure the piece.

3. Use the table provided in the description of the chosen ring on the website.


Can I have a bracelet custom made?

Do you have thinner or thicker wrists? No problem! Please let us know by adding a note to your order. Indicate the desired size of your bracelet and we will make sure your bracelet fits perfectly around your wrist.

We accept different payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, bank transfer... Thanks to this wide range of payment options, it is possible for everyone to enjoy our jewellery. All payments are securely processed in our system.



Gift wrapping

Can my package be wrapped as a gift?

Yes, of course! If you let us know by adding an order note, we will wrap your jewellery with an extra red ribbon.

Is it possible to buy a Gift Card?

Yes, this is possible. You can choose between an online gift card or a normal gift card. There are different amounts available.
